MOJi Dictionary Paid Membership Service Agreement

To use the MOJi Dictionary software and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "MOJi Dictionary," or "the Company"), you shall read and comply with this MOJi Dictionary Paid Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter, "this Agreement"). Please read each clause carefully and thoroughly.

This Agreement is a contract between the user (hereinafter "User" or "You") and the Platform. The Platform will provide services to you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use the Platform and related services. Your downloading, installation, use, creation of a MOJi account, logging in, and purchase/activation of membership is deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement. If you are a minor, please read this Agreement with the guidance of your legal guardian, especially the clauses applicable to minors. A minor's exercise of rights and performance of obligations under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been recognized by their guardian.

All payments for services are, in principle, non-refundable once deducted. For other issues, please contact customer support.

1. MOJi Dictionary offers two types of memberships: Lifetime Membership and Subscription Membership (available on certain platforms). Unless otherwise specified, all MOJi Dictionary memberships under this Agreement are uniformly referred to as "You," "Viewer," "User," or "Member." MOJi Dictionary reserves the right to adjust membership categories, names, and tiers from time to time as needed and will notify you appropriately.
2. Lifetime Membership refers to membership rights and services you may enjoy for the entire duration of MOJi Dictionary's operation after purchase.
3. Subscription Membership allows you to subscribe to membership with different validity periods and enjoy corresponding membership rights and services.
4. Please note that MOJi Dictionary's membership system is independent from the membership systems of other MOJi applications (including but not limited to MOJi Reading and MOJiTest). Becoming a MOJi Dictionary Member does not grant you membership rights in other MOJi apps. To use other membership services, please read the corresponding service agreement and select the service according to your needs.
5. Membership rights are based on the latest descriptions on the MOJi Dictionary membership privileges page or on the actual services provided. If the naming of rights in this Agreement differs from the app page, the rights actually available to you shall prevail.

On Google Play, MOJi currently does not offer auto-renewable subscriptions. All in-app purchases are one-time purchases. Therefore, your membership will not renew automatically, and no cancellation is required. If your membership expires, you must manually purchase a new membership period.

To check or cancel subscriptions for other apps:

1. You may activate MOJi Dictionary membership through payment methods designated by MOJi, including but not limited to bank cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Prices may vary based on app version or payment method. The amount displayed at the time of purchase shall prevail.
2. After becoming a MOJi Dictionary Member, you may enjoy multiple exclusive privileges and value-added services (see membership activation page). - Lifetime membership is valid for the entire lifespan of the MOJi Dictionary product. - Subscription membership is valid from the activation time and may be extended through subsequent purchases (e.g., 1-month, 6-month, 12-month renewals). Services will be temporarily locked once expired.
3. You acknowledge and agree that MOJi Dictionary membership is a digital, virtual product, provided on a pay-first, service-after basis. Membership purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless a major defect prevents you from using the service, or otherwise required by law or specified in this Agreement. 4. You must not obtain or activate membership for yourself or others through any of the following means: - For profit-making or non-personal use - Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated programs - Exploiting loopholes, system vulnerabilities, black-market means, or dishonest behavior - Technically modifying membership duration, payment amount, or transaction status - Using non-designated MOJi methods - Infringing on MOJi's or others' lawful rights - Violating applicable laws or regulations If you violate these conditions, MOJi may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of your membership without compensation, and may seek damages.

1. Annual, semi-annual, and monthly plans will automatically renew at expiration. Failure to renew will temporarily lock subscription privileges until payment succeeds.
2. Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
3. Renewal prices generally remain unchanged. If pricing changes, app stores (such as Apple's App Store) will send a notification. You may cancel the subscription if you disagree with the change.
4. As Lifetime Membership and Subscription Membership are separate products, users with Lifetime Membership who also purchase Subscription Membership should cancel the subscription promptly to avoid unintended charges.
5. Apple Auto-Renewal (iOS): - Apple subscriptions are managed via Apple ID. MOJi cannot cancel them. To cancel: Settings Apple ID Subscriptions MOJi Dictionary Cancel Subscription - Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. - Actual payment prices follow Apple's displayed pricing.

2. You must provide valid and accurate information when registering.
3. You may not register or use membership by selling, transferring, stealing, lending, or renting any user account.
4. You must properly safeguard your account and password; any losses arising from leakage, loss, or theft not caused by the Company shall be borne by you.
5. To ensure account security, you authorize the Company (without obligation) to conduct security checks or identity verification, including but not limited to: - phone verification - email verification - SMS verification - facial recognition If verification fails or you refuse without justification, the Company may suspect abnormal or compromised account status and suspend or restrict services.
6. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: - PRC Law on Guarding State Secrets - PRC Regulations on Computer Information System Security - PRC Cybersecurity Law - Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Transmission Rights You shall not engage in activities that harm national security, promote terrorism, spread violence or obscenity, fabricate or disseminate false information, or infringe on others' rights. If the Platform reasonably believes you are engaged in prohibited activities, it may terminate membership services without prior notice.
7. If you violate this Agreement or MOJi service terms, MOJi may take one or more actions: - Remove or block related information - Modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate services - Deduct penalties using your unused payments, points, or privileges - Seek additional compensation if damages exceed penalties

1. MOJi places great importance on the protection of minors. Minors should use MOJi Dictionary services under guardian supervision and only with guardian consent.
2. Guardians should guide their children on online safety. Purchases must be made in the guardian's name. A minor's use of membership and performance of this Agreement is deemed approved by their guardian.

KROSEA reserves the right to independently determine the content of MOJi Dictionary membership services based on policy changes, regulatory requirements, copyright conditions, operational needs, or product planning. The Company may add or remove digital content or suspend/terminate part of the membership services. These decisions will be announced after taking effect, and you agree that the Company bears no liability for such changes.
